These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NORTH & CO. Ltd (“NORTH & CO.”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12345678), with its registered office at 14 Chiltern Street, London W1U 7PX.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
All prices displayed on northco.com are in US dollars and inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. Prices are correct at the time of display; we reserve the right to change prices without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion — for example, in the event of a pricing error or stock discrepancy. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and through Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; NORTH & CO. does not store or have access to your full card details.
Payment is taken at the time of order. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed and you will be invited to provide alternative payment details.
Delivery timeframes, costs, and options are detailed in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss and title for goods purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the delivery address provided. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
Our returns policy, including eligibility conditions, timeframes, and processes, is set out in full on our Returns & Exchanges page. These rights are in addition to — and do not affect — your statutory rights as a consumer under UK and EU law.
All content on this website — including text, photography, design, trademarks, and logos — is the property of NORTH & CO. Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NORTH & CO. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the purchase of products. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total value of the order to which the claim relates.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer in another jurisdiction in which case local mandatory consumer protection laws will apply.
