Delivery
We take the same care with your delivery as we do with our garments. Every order is packaged by hand and dispatched from our fulfilment partner in London.
All delivery timeframes are from the point of dispatch, not the point of order. We dispatch Monday through Friday; orders placed after 1 pm GMT will be processed the following business day.

In-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within one business day of your order being placed. During peak periods — such as the weeks preceding major gift-giving occasions — processing may extend to two business days. We will notify you by email if there is any unexpected delay to your order.
Made-to-order or restocked pieces carry their own lead times, which are clearly stated on the relevant product page. If you are ordering a gift to a deadline, please write to us before placing your order so we can advise on the most suitable delivery option.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier's tracking portal. Standard orders are handled by Royal Mail Tracked; Express and Next-Day orders by DPD. Both services provide live tracking with delivery-window notifications.
If you have not received your dispatch confirmation within two business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@northco.com with your order number to hand.
We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International delivery timeframes and rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their country of residence; NORTH & CO. is not able to predict or absorb these charges.
We declare the accurate value of all shipments on customs documentation. We are unable to mark parcels as gifts or reduce declared values for customs purposes.
Every NORTH & CO. order arrives in our signature unbleached boards box, sealed with water-based inks and wrapped in acid-free tissue. The outer mailing box is made from 100% recycled corrugated card and is fully recyclable at the kerbside.
We have offset the carbon footprint of all domestic deliveries since 2022, in partnership with the Woodland Trust. International shipments are enrolled in our carrier's carbon-neutral programme. We review our packaging supply chain annually and are committed to eliminating all single-use plastic by the end of 2026.
