We want you to love every piece you receive from us. If something is not right, we will make it right — simply and without fuss.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible item for a full refund or exchange. Returns initiated after this period cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition: all original tags attached, no signs of wear, washing, or alteration, and free from odours, marks, or pet hair. We inspect every return upon receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.
We encourage you to try garments over clean, light-coloured clothing before deciding to keep them — this helps preserve the condition required for a return.
Email returns@northco.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within one business day with a returns authorisation and a pre-paid returns label.
Re-fold the garment as received, replace it in the original tissue, and pack it securely in the original box if possible. Attach the returns label to the outside of the parcel.
Take your parcel to any Royal Mail Post Office or DHL ServicePoint. Obtain a proof-of-postage receipt and keep it until your refund has been processed — we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit without proof of posting.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3–5 business days to show the credit in your account — this is beyond our control.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where stock is available. Please note your preferred exchange item in your initial returns email. As our pieces are produced in limited runs, we cannot guarantee the availability of a replacement; in such cases we will issue a refund or offer store credit at your discretion.
If you receive a garment that is faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@northco.com and include a photograph of the fault or incorrect item. We will arrange a free collection, issue a full refund including original shipping, and investigate the quality issue with our production partner.
Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the item is faulty or sent in error. This designation is applied only to end-of-season clearance pieces and is clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.
